Requirements

10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years focused on APAC markets in operations and strategy
3+ years of direct people management experience
Business-level proficiency in English
Strong knowledge of current healthcare trends in the APAC region
Experience in fertility, family-building, and/or hormonal health is highly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational and clinically-focused employees and consultants
Deepen regional-specific insights to enhance the depth and breadth of Carrot’s journeys, programs, and offerings
Oversee the strategic expansion of programs and journeys into new markets across the region
Manage the health and growth of the clinic/provider ecosystem
Oversee the incorporation of up-to-date clinical practices into benefit determination guidelines
Own the team-wide delivery of insights to member and customer services teams
Support external calls to support customers and prospects
Support the development and execution of team and department-wide KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs
