Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years focused on APAC markets in operations and strategy
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Business-level proficiency in English
  • Strong knowledge of current healthcare trends in the APAC region
  • Experience in fertility, family-building, and/or hormonal health is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational and clinically-focused employees and consultants
  • Deepen regional-specific insights to enhance the depth and breadth of Carrot’s journeys, programs, and offerings
  • Oversee the strategic expansion of programs and journeys into new markets across the region
  • Manage the health and growth of the clinic/provider ecosystem
  • Oversee the incorporation of up-to-date clinical practices into benefit determination guidelines
  • Own the team-wide delivery of insights to member and customer services teams
  • Support external calls to support customers and prospects
  • Support the development and execution of team and department-wide KPIs, SLAs, and OKRs
