Requirements

  • Strategic leadership experience in enrollment operations or similar high-scale operations
  • Expertise in organizational design, process optimization, technology integration, and team development
  • Ability to develop and deploy scalable, data-informed strategies
  • Strong partnership skills with marketing, technology, university partners, analytics, finance, product, and business operations teams
  • Experience leading large, distributed teams without direct involvement in recruitment or admissions activities
  • Proficiency in data analysis for funnel performance, friction diagnosis, and reporting frameworks
  • Knowledge of enrollment systems, CRM, communication platforms, automation, and service models

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy a scalable, data-informed enrollment strategy aligned with 2U’s goals
  • Partner with Marketing, technology, and University Partnerships for integration between lead generation, admissions operations, and student onboarding
  • Establish vision and roadmap for enrollment systems, automation, and service models
  • Represent Enrollment on the senior leadership team, providing insights on market dynamics, performance, and improvements
  • Oversee enrollment operations across domestic and global teams for consistent processes, compliance, and learner experience
  • Drive process improvements from inquiry to registration
  • Develop policies and strategies to guide managed teams
  • Collaborate with Technology and Business Operations to modernize systems and integrate data across CRM, communication, and reporting
  • Build operational alignment between Marketing, Enrollment, and Academic Operations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a large, distributed team of enrollment leaders, managers, and specialists
  • Delegate authority to subordinates and teams
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure training, coaching, and professional development programs
  • Partner with Analytics, Marketing, and Finance to monitor funnel performance and identify improvements
  • Use data to diagnose friction points and inform strategies
  • Support shared reporting frameworks for learner acquisition funnel visibility
  • Partner with Marketing on lead flow, creative alignment, and campaign optimization
  • Collaborate with Product and University Partner teams for program representation and launch readiness
  • Work with Technology, Finance, and Analytics on forecasting, resource planning, and system integration
