Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and operational execution for a key revenue motion (e.g., Inbound Sales), working directly with leadership to define the go-to-market approach and build the operational infrastructure needed to scale
Proactively lead deep-dive analysis on key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, churn) to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-backed strategies for improvement
Take end-to-end ownership of core revenue processes, ensuring their efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the business grows
Design and implement transformative process improvements, leveraging AI-driven tools, data and technology to streamline workflows for our commercial teams
Act as the business partner for cross-functional leaders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to align on strategic priorities, optimise joint workflows, and drive cohesive revenue performance
Own the development and maintenance of operational models, including inbound sales, forecasting, territory planning, and performance tracking, directly informing key business decisions
Build and maintain a suite of operational dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights to stakeholders, empowering them to make data-driven decisions
Ensure the integrity and hygiene of our core revenue data within systems like Salesforce, acting as a steward for data quality
