Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, design, and operational execution for a key revenue motion (e.g., Inbound Sales), working directly with leadership to define the go-to-market approach and build the operational infrastructure needed to scale
  • Proactively lead deep-dive analysis on key performance metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, win rates, churn) to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend data-backed strategies for improvement
  • Take end-to-end ownership of core revenue processes, ensuring their efficiency, accuracy, and scalability as the business grows
  • Design and implement transformative process improvements, leveraging AI-driven tools, data and technology to streamline workflows for our commercial teams
  • Act as the business partner for cross-functional leaders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to align on strategic priorities, optimise joint workflows, and drive cohesive revenue performance
  • Own the development and maintenance of operational models, including inbound sales, forecasting, territory planning, and performance tracking, directly informing key business decisions
  • Build and maintain a suite of operational dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights to stakeholders, empowering them to make data-driven decisions
  • Ensure the integrity and hygiene of our core revenue data within systems like Salesforce, acting as a steward for data quality
