  • Expertise in designing and managing scalable CRM systems that connect Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Ability to quantify revenue impact of GTM activities and advise on forecasting and leading indicators
  • Proficiency in leveraging multiple data sources for unified reporting and analytics
  • Experience with customer segmentation in CRM and tools like Dash or Pendo
  • Strong collaboration skills with GTM leaders, executives, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance)
  • Ability to architect revenue operations frameworks aligned with company vision, market strategy, and growth goals

Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement a revenue operations framework built on a well-designed CRM to ensure sustainable revenue growth
  • Implement an organized and unified CRM that scales with the company and supports high revenue growth
  • Run recurring forecast reviews with GTM leaders and company executives, driving visibility into follow-up actions
  • Enable GTM leaders to make strategy and operational decisions using real-time CRM data and ROI impact analysis
  • Enable Product Managers to make product strategy and roadmap decisions using real-time CRM data and ROI analysis
  • Implement customer segmentation in CRM aligned with company growth direction; contribute to segmentation in Dash or Pendo to measure revenue impact of product launches
  • Design and implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of core RevOps metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, LTV, GRR, NRR) that are actionable, visual, and audience-specific
  • Empower GTM leaders to forecast accurately
