Requirements

The Senior Manager, Retail Education and Events must have 8-10 years of experience developing retail education and event programs, with extensive experience in hair, wellness, or skincare, and a deep understanding of an open-sell, multi-branded environment. The role requires the ability to meet and exceed annual sales plans, work with a field team, and build/maintain strong retailer relationships.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will lead and develop national retail programs, creating and implementing a 360 retail omni-education strategy to drive brand growth. Responsibilities include designing and facilitating brand education materials, integrating education across channels, developing event strategies, overseeing event sourcing and execution, managing budgets, serving as the retail education voice in partnerships, communicating market activity, and staying current on industry trends. They will also build training materials and resources, facilitate engaging virtual and live seminars, and collaborate cross-functionally.
