The Senior Manager, Quoting will lead and mentor the quoting team, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. They will oversee the entire quoting and cost estimation process, develop and refine pricing strategies, and collaborate with sales, engineering, production, finance, operations, marketing, and procurement to ensure accurate and timely quotes. This role involves analyzing market trends, maintaining customer relationships, streamlining quoting systems, providing performance reports to senior leadership, and directing daily operations to ensure profitability and outstanding customer service.
