Requirements

Candidates should possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience and education, along with proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel). Experience with Salesforce or other CRM, web browsers, and AWS Marketplace is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to embrace extreme ownership principles and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm, data-driven approach to stress.

Responsibilities

The Quoting Team Representative will generate accurate and competitive quotes for direct and partner opportunities, manage incoming quote requests from sales teams, and create appropriate quotes for Channel Partners. This role involves creating Private Offer/Selling Authorization contracts via the AWS Marketplace Portal, executing post-sale admin and order routing forms, and contributing to a positive team culture. Responsibilities also include cross-training to support global quoting, logging and monitoring quoting and deal routing statistics, collaborating with Order Management and Business Development teams to ensure policy alignment, and providing excellent customer service to sales teams.
