Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in lead-level roles building user-facing AI features
  • Strong execution and delivery skills: ability to scope MVPs, align stakeholders, and ship quality products in ambiguous 0 → 1 environments
  • Successfully led the development and launch of 0 → 1 products and had those products achieve significant adoption and engagement
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in translating clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks
  • Experience managing highly cross-functional teams that include subject-matter experts and clinical leadership
  • Ability to summarize tradeoffs and make clear decisions in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities

  • Launch AI-powered features that transform the patient experience
  • Explore how AI can support patients before, during, and after care – always in partnership with their human therapist – to provide a more personalized, seamless, and effective experience
  • Partner with clinicians, designers, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and test AI solutions with patients, ensuring clinical standards are met
  • Bring deep experience in AI to identify what’s possible and balance innovation with responsibility
  • Explore how cutting-edge technology enhances human care to make it easier for patients to engage meaningfully with their therapy journey
