Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in DEI, Learning & Development, organisational development, or talent strategy, with proven leadership in DEI strategy design and implementation, and expertise in learning programme design and leadership development. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in mission-driven, global organisations, are also required, along with experience coaching and managing multicultural teams and familiarity with learning technology platforms and data-driven approaches to measuring impact.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will define and execute the People Growth & Belonging strategy, lead and develop the PGB team, oversee the Engagement & Inclusion Survey, drive evidence-based DEI strategy and oversee key initiatives, support and advise Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), champion inclusive leadership development, oversee some L&D programmes, collaborate with various HR departments to embed DEI and L&D principles, and develop methods to assess impact for DEI and L&D initiatives to ensure continuous improvement, while also acting as a strategic advisor to the VP, People Growth & Belonging.
