Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in DEI, Learning & Development, organizational development, or talent strategy, with proven leadership in DEI strategy design and implementation. Expertise in learning program design, instructional methodologies, and leadership development is required, along with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience coaching and managing multicultural teams, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, and familiarity with learning technology platforms and data-driven impact measurement are essential. Strong English communication skills and a commitment to Wikimedia's values are also necessary, with travel as needed.
The Senior Manager will define and execute the People Growth & Belonging strategy, aligning with organizational priorities, and lead, mentor, and develop the PGB team. Key responsibilities include overseeing the Engagement & Inclusion Survey, driving DEI strategy and initiatives, supporting Employee Resource Groups, championing inclusive leadership development, and overseeing L&D programs. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to embed DEI and L&D principles into talent strategies and developing methods to assess initiative impact.
