  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience, including client facing experience and 2+ years of people management experience
  • Strong relationship management and presentation skills in client facing roles
  • A knack for distilling complexity into easy-to-understand insights
  • Energy industry knowledge is a plus, or a track record of rapidly acquiring domain knowledge in a similarly complex vertical
  • Excellent ability to develop talent and mentor team members
  • Intrapreneurial spirit with an ability to identify client needs and devise solutions
  • Ability to stay organized while overseeing a broad scope of projects with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for delivering marketing services and support to utility clients, driving device enrollment and retention in coordination with other senior leaders
  • Own the standardization and productization of marketing offerings, while also facilitating one-to-one support for key clients
  • Develop creative, efficient, and effective strategies for utility clients to leverage their own marketing channels
  • Forge strategic partnerships with Client Success and other stakeholders to assess client marketing needs and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Oversee process development and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely delivery of marketing services at scale
  • Drive the development of marketing knowledge base content and case studies to support client outcomes and position EnergyHub as an industry leader
  • Identify and champion opportunities to grow revenue through add-on marketing services
  • Utilize business intelligence and web analytics tools to define and track goals, uncover opportunities, and build a better understanding of end customers
  • Foster the professional growth of team members by developing their project management, marketing and presentation skills
  • Other duties as assigned
