Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Growth and Partner Operations will be responsible for building trust and credibility with practice partner stakeholders, designing and implementing workflows for partnership success, establishing a cadence of partner success touchpoints, coordinating with internal teams, and serving as the expert in partner pain points. Additionally, they will lead and manage an outreach and enrollment team, define key performance indicators, and partner with the co-founders on strategic projects to identify and implement growth opportunities with practice partners.
