Requirements

Candidates should have strong proficiencies in DTC funnel and channel optimization, marketing attribution measurement, campaign analysis, and marketing data strategy and technology. Experience working with an engineering team to implement a scalable data architecture and individual events, including defining requirements and QAing implemented events, is necessary. Highly proficient SQL skills for working with structured and unstructured data sets and writing complex queries are required, along with expertise in data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics will develop and execute analytic roadmaps to improve full-funnel marketing performance and shape marketing growth strategies. Responsibilities include partnering with marketing to understand business strategy and goals, defining and advocating for a best-in-class data architecture for a single customer view, and conducting ongoing analysis of customer behavior to inform business growth. This includes building marketing attribution approaches, analyzing marketing channel performance, synthesizing customer order behavior, developing segmentation and cohort analyses, and building LTV and churn models. The role also involves integrating source-level LTV into the measurement framework, creating and maintaining analytics dashboards for self-service analysis, serving as a data steward for data quality and QA, and partnering with senior management and customer teams to gather requirements and present actionable analysis.
