Requirements

Candidates should possess 10-12 years of experience in KYB, complex organizations, and FI onboarding, sanction screenings, and investigations. A good understanding of the Payments/Fintech industry is required, along with strong interpersonal and English communication skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience in building and leading compliance operations teams is necessary, and ACAMS certification, advanced MS-Excel with Macros, and data analytics knowledge are preferred.

Responsibilities

They will refine KYB onboarding procedures, partner with tech teams to drive automation and innovation, and define the strategic direction of KYB/KYC operations. This role involves acting as a liaison with MLROs, regulators, and external partners, preparing performance and risk reports, overseeing team development, ensuring operational excellence through KPI and SLA monitoring, and maintaining proper documentation and governance.
