As Sr. Marketing Manager, you will lead Rula’s top-of-funnel earned strategy focusing on organic social, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, consumer PR, and events, building meaningful relationships with mental health advocates and brand partners. You will collaborate with marketing functions to activate creator-driven campaigns, cultivate communities, and amplify brand advocacy through influencers. Additionally, you will manage press strategy and media relations to generate buzzworthy conversations and support brand narratives, while also steering earned conversations to align with business priorities.
