Requirements

10+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including deep expertise in Workday HCM (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll)
5+ years of experience leading and developing HRIS teams in fast-paced environments
Successfully led large-scale Workday implementations and organizational change initiatives
Understanding of HR business processes, data governance, security, and compliance requirements
