Requirements

Serve as a strategic partner to business executives in Global Functions (Global Finance, BD/Strategy, and Legal)
Act as HR partner for Leadership Teams and extended teams in supported functions
Lead through influence by aligning priorities for HR Business Partners across VBS Centers in Costa Rica, Malaysia, and Poland
Navigate varying levels of organizational maturity as a strategic thought partner and change leader
Report to the Sr Director, HR – Functions

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of human capital strategies, ensuring continuous evaluation and effectiveness of HR initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to management, influencing key decisions on HR and business-related issues from strategic and operational perspectives
Continuously assess the organization’s business model and dynamics, leading realignment initiatives to optimize performance
Collaborate with business partners and Leadership Teams to ensure alignment with organizational strategies
Spearhead talent planning initiatives including listening strategies, assessments, calibration, development planning, and succession planning in partnership with Global Talent Management
Drive change management initiatives alongside Leadership teams and cross-functional teams, leveraging Talent Management resources
Partner with Leadership teams to enhance leadership capabilities and team performance, fostering collaboration and accountability
Work with Leadership teams to establish and refine effective operational processes, including prioritization and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional HR Business Partners to support interconnected business operations
Provide tailored coaching and developmental support to leaders
Develop and implement reward and recognition strategies to align with and promote organizational culture and desired behaviors
Create and manage systems to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and provide insights on employee relations issues
