  • Understanding of international labor compliance, data privacy regulations, and inclusive hiring best practices
  • Strong communication and people leadership skills, with experience managing distributed teams with a one team mentality

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and continuously improve global recruiting workflows for efficiency, scalability, compliance, and a consistent candidate experience
  • Manage and enhance NVIDIA’s recruiting technology stack, including Workday, Eightfold, HackerRank, Textio, and related tools
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, and regional leaders to ensure recruiting practices align with labor laws, privacy requirements, and NVIDIA’s diversity and inclusion standards
  • Navigate complex, global M&A transactions with speed and precision
  • Implement automation to improve sourcing, scheduling, hiring, and communication workflows, helping reduce manual tasks and increase recruiter effectiveness
  • Lead a global team of recruiting operations specialists with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Support enterprise recruiting programs, including employer branding, employee referrals, training, and university hiring initiatives
  • Manage recruiting operations and vendor relationships with an emphasis on value, good experience, efficiency, and long-term partnerships
