Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Physical Science (with 15+ years of industry experience), OR Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Physical Science (with 13+ years of industry experience), OR PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related Physical Science (with 10+ years of industry experience)
Recent experience in Semiconductor process, product, or device engineering
Previous work experience with major semiconductor foundry or Integrated Device Manufacturer companies (preferred)
Previous project management experience (beneficial)
Onsite presence in San Jose headquarters with occasional travel (<10% domestic and international)

Responsibilities

Manage Samsung foundry customer's programs in various process technologies
Collaborate between customers and internal Samsung teams from business development through full production
Support internal account strategy plan and coordinate alignment of business and engineering executions
Provide customer satisfaction by responding to account actions and driving collaboration on technical and cost-effective solutions to meet customer and foundry goals
Partner with engineering and business groups to ensure new product introduction (NPI) activities are meeting customer schedule and technical requirements
Contribute to business growth by providing excellent engineering services and drive manufacturing teams to achieve production milestones
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
