Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering or enterprise data management, with demonstrated ability to design and implement data governance frameworks and lead cross-functional stakeholders. Proven expertise in managing cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and scaling enterprise data platforms is required, along with hands-on experience with the modern data stack including dbt, orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster), and ingestion tools (Fivetran). Experience with access controls, role-based permissions, and data masking is necessary, as is a strategic mindset with exposure to AI/ML. Experience leading sprint prioritization, roadmap management, and mentoring data teams is also needed, along with business acumen in SaaS or technology companies and familiarity with SaaS metrics.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Data will lead the enterprise data hub by managing the data warehouse and building optimized pipelines to ingest and transform data from various systems. They will drive an enterprise-wide data governance strategy by partnering cross-functionally to align on KPIs, key data definitions, and ensure quality, security, and compliance. Responsibilities include prioritizing and managing the data roadmap, implementing best practices for data modeling, testing, and documentation, and delivering GTM-ready data for key metrics. The role also involves developing and executing a data strategy for advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases, leading and mentoring a team of data and analytics engineers, and staying current with industry trends in modern data stack tools, orchestration, and AI-driven data transformation.
