Responsibilities

The role involves collaborating directly with CxO-level customers to develop strategic roadmaps, leading client engagements to execute deliverables, and guiding teams in the design of future state operating models and business processes leveraging Salesforce and AWS platforms. The lead will also serve as a cross-functional leader, translating complex requirements into user stories and facilitating backlog grooming.
