The Enterprise Delivery Lead will provide strategic oversight and program-level leadership for large-scale enterprise transformations, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategy, and delivery execution. Responsibilities include defining vision, scope, and strategic priorities with executives, overseeing cross-functional delivery across workstreams, and bridging business and technical teams to drive execution, manage risk, and ensure program success. The role involves collaborating directly with CxO-level customers to develop strategic roadmaps, leading client engagements to execute deliverables, and guiding teams in the design of future state operating models and business processes leveraging Salesforce and AWS platforms. The lead will also serve as a cross-functional leader, translating complex requirements into user stories and facilitating backlog grooming.
