Responsibilities

Act as a strategic digital operations partner to Oncology brand leads, collaborating with marketing teams and agency partners to translate business requirements into effective multi-channel digital campaigns, digital experiences, and solutions (SFMC, Web, Paid Media, Analytics, Content Production)
Oversee end-to-end campaign or project delivery—from requirements gathering to execution—ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize ROI
Work with digital project managers to maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and communicate progress to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and global digital standards across all initiatives
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies in partnership with the Digital Marketing Operations team
Drive digital innovation by promoting emerging technologies and capabilities
