The Senior Manager, CX Business Operations will oversee the CX tooling and enablement strategy, ensuring operational teams are empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing and optimizing CX tooling, leading and developing CX and operational teams, owning cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams. The role also involves engaging with senior leaders, driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and leading change management initiatives for new processes and tools.
