Candidates should possess 1-2 years of procurement experience and 3-5 years of management experience, ideally with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Economics, or a similar field. Experience working with eSourcing, contract management, or supplier relationship management software solutions is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and be fluent in English and Danish. Resilience, a hunger for success, and the ability to think creatively and present to senior executives are also required.
The Senior Manager, Customer Success will lead the Global Source to Contract team, focusing on customer satisfaction, product adoption, and loyalty, while collaborating with the Go To Market team on expansion and operational excellence. This role involves coaching and mentoring Customer Success Managers, ensuring customer perspectives are integrated into business decisions, and managing team performance including promotions, salary reviews, and talent analysis. Responsibilities include streamlining customer interactions for a value-added experience, acting as the Voice of the Customer to drive service improvements, and ensuring the team delivers value-added packages to leverage product usage and generate use cases. The manager will also identify and drive new sales leads, manage churn and retention, oversee the Success4U program, and serve as the primary contact for resolving customer complaints and service issues within the Customer Experience Leadership Team.
