Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage M&A and new business model initiatives within Care Delivery International
  • Act as an interface between corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, Tax, Treasury, Communication) and regional/local organizations
  • Support regional GMs and local business partners in assessing opportunities, conducting due diligence, and executing integration or partnership projects
  • Coordinate with external consultants and manage third-party platforms used in M&A processes
  • Ensure project milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables are managed in line with agreed objectives
  • Provide transparent reporting, risk assessments, and recommendations to senior leadership
