Responsibilities

  • Optimize CRM systems, territory alignments, call planning, and incentive compensation (Sales Operations & Field Effectiveness)
  • Refine targeting and segmentation approaches to deepen HCP and account engagement
  • Analyze sales metrics and collaborate with Sales leadership to evaluate performance
  • Partner with Sales Training to ensure effective systems training for field teams
  • Measure and optimize marketing and digital campaign performance across HCP and patient touchpoints (Marketing & Omnichannel Analytics)
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs across channels
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define metrics, conduct test-and-learn analyses, and provide timely insights
  • Analyze payer coverage, formulary dynamics, and access barriers to inform pricing and contracting strategies (Market Access & Patient Analytics)
  • Develop dashboards tracking payer mix, pull-through, and patient affordability trends
  • Support Market Access and field access teams with insights that optimize payer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze patient access metrics (e.g., speed-to-therapy, adherence, abandonment, fulfillment) (Specialty Pharmacy & Patient Analytics)
  • Integrate specialty pharmacy, field, and patient services data to provide a comprehensive view of the patient journey
  • Analyze claims and EMR data to assess treatment patterns, adherence, and product value (Real-World Evidence (RWE) & Medical Collaboration)
  • Partner with Medical Affairs to support outcomes analyses, value communications, and publications
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reporting frameworks (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma) spanning sales, marketing, payer, and patient analytics (Cross-Functional Leadership & Analytics Enablement)
  • Build integrated reporting across CRM, marketing, payer, and third-party data (IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo)
  • Explore and apply advanced analytics techniques—including predictive modeling, machine learning, and emerging AI/LLM approaches—to uncover new insights, improve forecasting, and elevate commercial decision-making
