Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and demonstrate a proven track record in a technical presales or solution architect role. They should also have experience with infrastructure management tools, monitoring, and automation, along with strong collaboration and communication skills. Vendor certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, VMware VCP, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft are considered a plus.
The Senior Manager- Pre sales will work closely with the sales team to understand customer business and technical requirements, deliver technical presentations and product demos to prospective clients, prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with accurate technical documentation, conduct site assessments and audits, participate in Orals / Defence preparation and Presentations, and drive Due diligence activities. They will also collaborate with OEMs and technology partners to develop custom solutions, assist in the preparation of project scopes, bills of material (BoMs), solution diagrams, and pricing estimates, support Transition teams by providing project handovers, and work with various teams to build a solution.
