Demonstrated success in designing, launching, and optimizing cross-channel customer journeys is required. Experience with HubSpot, Amplitude, GA4, and Pendo is also needed.
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist will drive revenue growth by building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and in-app messaging to support the customer journey from acquisition to expansion. They will identify trends and triggers in the customer lifecycle to launch funnel-specific campaigns, collaborate with internal teams on messaging and creative assets, and own campaign reporting and analytics to monitor key lifecycle metrics.
