Candidates should possess 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology sectors. They should have a deep understanding of integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies and a proven track record of driving engagement, adoption, and revenue growth. Experience with behavioral data, segmentation, and personalization is also required.
The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will design and implement multi-channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey, driving key outcomes such as product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, expansion, and retention. They will identify key moments within the entire customer lifecycle to introduce relevant products or guide desired behaviors, monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs. Furthermore, they will conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments, partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategies, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
