Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion and retention: Develop lead and customer nurture campaigns — focusing on email, SMS, pop-ups, and slide-ins triggered by user behavior
  • Map the customer journey: Create and optimize lifecycle maps to deliver seamless, personalized experiences across every touchpoint
  • Segment and personalize: Build audience segments and tailor messages based on behaviors, preferences, and lifecycle stage
  • Own the CRM: Manage HubSpot marketing automation to ensure smooth execution of email, SMS, and chat campaigns that align marketing and sales efforts
  • Analyze and improve: Collaborate with data partners to identify new behavioral triggers, build reports, and track KPIs like open rates, CTR, conversion, and retention
  • Test and learn: Develop and maintain a testing roadmap to continuously improve messaging and performance
  • Monitor and maintain: Ensure automated campaigns run flawlessly and uphold StraighterLine’s brand standards
  • Stay ahead: Monitor competitor lifecycle marketing strategies and industry trends to keep our initiatives sharp
  • Collaborate across teams: Partner with product, sales, creative, data, and partnerships to deliver high-quality, on-time campaigns through Asana
