Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth through demand generation and digital marketing, ideally in a high-growth startup environment
  • Experience in a complex industry such as healthcare, FinTech, SaaS or benefits is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an end-to-end demand generation strategy that directly and demonstrably delivers on business goals and objectives
  • Leverage and integrate multi-channel tactics including email, paid media, content marketing, social, webinars, and events to drive maximum engagement and conversion
  • Develop buyer personas and craft simple, disruptive messaging that resonates with them throughout the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with sales, partner team and leadership to align campaigns with go-to-market strategies
  • Refine strategies based on data-driven insights, ensuring consistent optimization of resources and ROI
  • Define, monitor, and manage the critical metrics that ensure we are on track to exceed our committed pipeline and revenue goals
  • Plan, execute, and relentlessly optimize increasingly personalized campaigns and workflows across all digital channels
  • Partner with creative team to produce bold, on-brand messaging and assets that make Paytient stand out in an increasingly fragmented benefits marketplace
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks and make real-time adjustments to constantly improve lead quality and ROI
  • Identify and apply AI and advanced automation tools to improve productivity and campaign performance
  • Manage the demand generation budget, focusing on growth, efficiency and creativity to maximize impact with limited resources
  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies to extend capacity as business needs dictate
