They must possess strong skills in instructional design methodologies, UX design principles, and content creation using various media. Experience in partner or customer learning in enterprise software, backwards design, social and gamified learning, and assessment design is required. Candidates should be comfortable driving learning outcomes for generative AI and have experience with design and authoring tools.
The Senior Learning Experience Designer will create learning journeys for partners to enhance their sales and technical skills. They will design and develop written, video, and interactive content for diverse learning formats, partner with cross-functional teams to improve existing education, identify gaps in learning materials, and advocate for new educational opportunities. They will utilize research-informed instructional strategies, build an assessment and feedback culture, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
