Requirements

Candidates must possess 5+ years of experience in training, sales enablement, or a related field, with direct experience in Sales Enablement Instructional Design. They should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new concepts and thrive in dynamic environments, possess proven experience with training and content delivery tools, and be proficient with modern learning technologies like Articulate 360. Experience with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, Slack, and Tableau is required, along with excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative work, a passion for excellence and attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Experience Designer will be responsible for designing and developing sales enablement course work, content, and assets, managing complex projects from end-to-end. This includes translating business priorities and sales strategies into clear learning objectives and content that improves seller effectiveness. They will build impactful learner and instructor materials using modern instructional design approaches and adult learning principles, and partner with sales leadership, product marketing, and other enablement stakeholders. The role also involves leveraging data to evaluate effectiveness, iterating on designs, and staying current with learning technology and enablement trends to introduce new tools and approaches.
