Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of 4 years of experience in learning and development, communication design, or a similar role. They should have experience in needs assessment and business consulting with clients, along with proficiency in online content design and administration. Experience with engagement platforms such as Viva Engage is preferred, as is experience with Vyond, Articulate 360 or SharePoint software.

Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Design Professional will develop and execute marketing-type communication pieces to promote learning initiatives, oversee the design and administration of the SharePoint platform, manage and curate content for Viva Engage, create and implement computer-based training (CBT) modules, analyze survey results and engagement metrics, develop strategies for promotion and identify areas for improvement, analyze content and design solutions, write storyboards, scripts, and manuals, conduct learning needs assessments, provide instruction and guidance to facilitators, plan and develop training curriculum, utilize consultative skills to conduct needs analysis, and contribute to strategic planning for enhancing adult learning experiences.
