Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive progressive experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS companies with modern tech stacks. Deep experience building cross-platform automations using tools such as Zapier, Workato, or n8n is required. Experience applying LLMs and agentic AI to workflow automation or internal tooling, along with strong knowledge of common scripting languages like Python or Bash, and familiarity with public cloud providers such as AWS or GCP are also necessary. Experience with CI/CD and IaC, as well as designing and building internal tools, would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Senior IT Systems Engineer will configure integrations and deploy automated systems between internal IT and security tooling. They will design and implement automations and integrations to power daily operations by collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to identify workflow gaps and reduce operational tasks. This role involves leading automation deployments, building solutions with various tools and methods, assisting in researching and deploying new tools or platforms, and helping with escalated tickets.
