Responsibilities

The Senior IT Product Owner will conduct market research and competitive analysis, gather and analyze user feedback through various methods, collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, including process maps, assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, coordinate project activities and timelines, create and maintain product documentation, participate in user acceptance testing, monitor product performance using KPIs, and continuously seek opportunities for product improvement.
