Responsibilities

Lead large scale instructional design and learning projects
Research industry best practices
Mentor Instructional Designers
Create diverse learning experiences for various audiences (onboarding, product, employee, and partner)
Manage large learning projects, key Learning and Multimedia initiatives, and facilitate knowledge sharing
Analyze learner needs, competencies, and data metrics to develop effective learning materials and curriculum paths
Upskill team members on adult learning principles and design tools
Make recommendations for innovation
Work closely with external partners and internal stakeholders (Legal, Production, and Supply Chain teams)
Communicate with external vendors
Conduct needs analysis: work collaboratively with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance outcomes
Design for accessibility: ensure all learning materials are accessible to individuals with disabilities, adhering to applicable legislative guidelines
Design activities and assessments that are engaging, challenging, and relevant, incorporating gamification elements and advanced learning solutions where appropriate
Develop instructional materials: design and produce learning materials in various formats, including e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and interactive content
