Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools
- Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to travel to client meetings or onsite training (10-25%)
- Work in Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings
- Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations: Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – Northbrook, IL
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with new clients to understand their unique needs, requirements, and expectations for a successful implementation
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and key milestones
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects to completion
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide consistent project status updates to clients and stakeholders
- Onboard new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products with end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project
- Establish and manage client relationships during the onboarding process
- Drive implementations independently using a curious, tenacious mindset to think critically and deliver high quality outcomes
