Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to travel to client meetings or onsite training (10-25%)
  • Work in Hybrid Model and expected to go onsite for onboarding and team meetings
  • Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations: Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – Northbrook, IL

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with new clients to understand their unique needs, requirements, and expectations for a successful implementation
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and key milestones
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects to completion
  • Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide consistent project status updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Onboard new and/or existing clients joining CVS Caremark and/or strategic products with end-to-end accountability for the overall implementation project
  • Establish and manage client relationships during the onboarding process
  • Drive implementations independently using a curious, tenacious mindset to think critically and deliver high quality outcomes
