Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of SQL language (preference)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working on Axiom on regulatory report delivery
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience using SQL query tools
  • Experience with Axiom CV v9/10
  • Experience and strong interest in software implementation and process management
  • Knowledge of SDLC, release process and development best practices
  • Familiarity with Financial Statements, General Ledger, Accounting related to regulatory reporting
  • Experience within GRC, application functionality technical IT subjects and products (advantage)
  • Service focused with clear communication skills for client personnel at any level, from technical staff to executive leadership
  • Ability to travel to client locations or other Nasdaq offices, or stay at certain locations during implementation (typically 3 to 9 months)

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead customer project discovery workshops to understand detailed client business requirements
  • Craft, configure and customize regulatory solutions using ControllerView effectively, within project plan and agreed functional requirements
  • Work closely with Solutions Architect to review client business requirements, analyze client data, suggest solutions and implement them
  • Prepare material and deliver platform and solution-related training to end-users and administrators
  • Pro-actively learn about regulatory reports for client projects and assist client teams with technical and functional queries
  • Pro-actively keep knowledge and skills up-to-date
  • Perform administrative tasks timely, ensuring precise and complete information according to regulations
  • Prepare contents and lead sessions for colleagues to share knowledge and experiences across departments
  • Actively contribute functional, technical or project information to sales for commercial proposals or information documents
  • Contribute to the success and growth of individual employees and the team
