Responsibilities

The Senior PBM Implementation Manager will lead end-to-end client migrations onto RxSense products and services, managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously. This includes developing implementation strategies, overseeing execution, identifying and mitigating risks, and serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities also involve facilitating meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, documenting progress, preparing status reports, and mentoring junior team members. The role requires acting as a PBM process and RxSense product expert, fostering a high-performance culture, and collaborating across operations to resolve issues and drive innovation.
