Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of customer implementations — from scoping and planning through launch and ongoing optimization
Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales Directors to translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (Product, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Fulfillment, and Support) to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
Maintain clear ownership and accountability for milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams
Deeply understand the implementation landscape then develop and execute on scalable processes and best practices for managing standard and complex customer programs
Build and maintain project infrastructure, tools, and documentation to support program delivery and visibility across stakeholders, optimizing for efficiency and friction reduction
Create, manage, monitor, and evaluate dashboards, timelines, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure consistent execution quality that’s efficient, scalable, and well-coordinated across teams
Leverage data and insights to inform leadership
