Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of customer implementations — from scoping and planning through launch and ongoing optimization
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Sales Directors to translate customer requirements into actionable implementation plans
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (Product, Clinical, Operations, Engineering, Fulfillment, and Support) to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope
  • Maintain clear ownership and accountability for milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams
  • Deeply understand the implementation landscape then develop and execute on scalable processes and best practices for managing standard and complex customer programs
  • Build and maintain project infrastructure, tools, and documentation to support program delivery and visibility across stakeholders, optimizing for efficiency and friction reduction
  • Create, manage, monitor, and evaluate dashboards, timelines, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure consistent execution quality that’s efficient, scalable, and well-coordinated across teams
  • Leverage data and insights to inform leadership
