Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (required)
  • Current or previous experience with benefits/implementation processes and methods
  • 7+ years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data summaries)
  • Working knowledge of other MS Office products
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical and subject matter expert in key client-facing meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and touchpoints throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Deliver consistent and accurate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including bswift leadership
  • Identify and address project risks, escalate appropriately, and take necessary measures to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Proactively manage challenges and keep projects on track
  • Ensure clear understanding of client requirements across the delivery team to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Consult with clients on best practices and recommend system or process changes aligned with their goals
  • Stay current on bswift technology and industry trends to make informed recommendations that enhance client service strategies
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and auditing activities; assign deliverables according to the project plan
  • Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately across all workstreams
  • Coordinate quarterly bswift technology releases with the internal Delivery team
  • Coach and mentor implementation team members to cultivate a strong and knowledgeable team
  • Monitor delivery-related work activities across internal teams to ensure all Scope of Services are delivered effectively and on time, including payroll, communications, and other implementation services
  • Ensure complete process documentation is provided and properly transitioned to ongoing support resources
