Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (required)
- Current or previous experience with benefits/implementation processes and methods
- 7+ years of client relationship, consulting, and implementation experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data summaries)
- Working knowledge of other MS Office products
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical and subject matter expert in key client-facing meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and touchpoints throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Deliver consistent and accurate project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including bswift leadership
- Identify and address project risks, escalate appropriately, and take necessary measures to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Proactively manage challenges and keep projects on track
- Ensure clear understanding of client requirements across the delivery team to meet and exceed client expectations
- Consult with clients on best practices and recommend system or process changes aligned with their goals
- Stay current on bswift technology and industry trends to make informed recommendations that enhance client service strategies
- Oversee configuration, testing, and auditing activities; assign deliverables according to the project plan
- Ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately across all workstreams
- Coordinate quarterly bswift technology releases with the internal Delivery team
- Coach and mentor implementation team members to cultivate a strong and knowledgeable team
- Monitor delivery-related work activities across internal teams to ensure all Scope of Services are delivered effectively and on time, including payroll, communications, and other implementation services
- Ensure complete process documentation is provided and properly transitioned to ongoing support resources
