Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience in using data to inform problems, build countermeasures, and put sustainable plans in place to address
  • A broad human resources background spanning all aspects of the discipline, including employee relations, learning & development, talent management, and recruiting

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with HRBP’s and managers to deliver key HR operational support across several regions
  • Use data to diagnose organizational strengths and opportunities, putting forward-looking programs in place to improve outcomes using the Danaher Business System
  • Collaborate closely with HR Center Of Excellence partners across key HR functions, using standard work to deliver support to leaders and associates
  • Coach and lead a small client group through key people related topics, supporting these leaders in their skill development in employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent development
