Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience, with background as HR Business Partner, OD, C&B, and/or TD
- Experience working with C-suite executives in corporate governance groups (ie. Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk, etc)
- Data-centric with the ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Experience working effectively with global, remote teams across various time zones
- Passionate about building and shaping company culture, fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Be a champion for employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and measure the impact of HR programs
- Provide trusted guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels, ensuring effective talent management practices
- Lead HR projects related to team success, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
- Manage all aspects of the HR function for assigned business unit(s), including partnership with talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations
