Experience working with C-suite executives in corporate governance groups (ie. Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk, etc)
Data-centric with the ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on operational support

Experience working effectively with global, remote teams across various time zones

Responsibilities

Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives
Be a champion for employee engagement, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and measure the impact of HR programs
Provide trusted guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels, ensuring effective talent management practices
Lead HR projects related to team success, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning
Manage all aspects of the HR function for assigned business unit(s), including partnership with talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations
