Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources, and have 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years specifically as an HR Business Partner. Strong strategic and tactical HR orientation, coupled with excellent analytical, communication, change management, and project management skills, is essential. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to motivate positive organizational behaviors are also required. Certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are considered a plus.
The Senior HR Business Partner will provide HR leadership and expertise to support various business functions, aligning HR initiatives with business strategy to foster company growth and success. This role involves leading HR initiatives and programs for multiple functions, driving effectiveness through the alignment of people, process, structure, and culture with business strategies, and applying key HR practices with a deep understanding of business goals. Responsibilities include partnering with the business to develop and drive key initiatives such as leadership development, talent/performance management, change management, workforce and succession planning, and rewards and recognition. The individual will also conduct organizational assessments, develop and drive initiatives to close gaps, provide guidance to client organizations, coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR programs, and lead change management efforts and special projects.
