Candidates should possess 5 or more years of experience in Workday Core HCM and supplemental modules implementation, enhancement, and technical support, along with experience in multi-system integrations. Strong experience in Workday tenant tuning, data integrity, and dashboard development is required, as well as the ability to conduct regular audits of system security, access, permissions, and approvals.
The Senior HRIS Application Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing Workday integrations and enhancements, providing technical support for the Workday instance, including the absence module, tenant tuning, and data integrity. They will create and manage reports and dashboards, configure and enhance business processes, support HR system requests, diagnose system problems, serve as the Workday SME, act as a consultant to stakeholders, drive and support release management, maintain detailed documentation, assist with end-user training, and proactively identify needs and offer solutions.
