Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT and at least 5 years of experience with Workday Extend and Prism. Strong understanding of Workday integrations, APIs (Rest and SOAP), and Workday security is required, along with experience in solution development and maintenance.

Responsibilities

The Solution Architect will be responsible for ideating, developing, and maintaining custom Workday Extend applications, collaborating closely with Business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements. They will also develop and maintain documentation, serve as a Workday Extend expert, manage testing and deployment, and stay current with Workday releases and new features to ensure applications are built with security, reliability, and an exceptional user experience.
