Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR Generalist, with a strong track record in employee relations
Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Responsibilities

Lead and support HR projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports for HR and business leaders
Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and expenditures
Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and maintain accurate documentation
Identify and mitigate project risks, offering practical solutions
Support change management initiatives and HR strategy execution
Maintain a project calendar to track milestones and deliverables
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure stakeholder alignment and engagement
