Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a preference for tech industry experience. A strong understanding of HRIS systems and applications is required, along with the ability to act as a strategic and credible partner providing expert employee relations and consultative services. Essential skills include high emotional intelligence for handling sensitive employee relations issues with discretion, the ability to use data for executive-level recommendations, strong planning and execution skills, excellent communication, organization, flexibility, initiative, and the capacity to research and interpret state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will advise leaders on organizational design, performance management, and cultural dynamics. They will shape talent strategies using data and insights to drive high performance and independently guide managers through sensitive employee issues. The role involves proposing and launching new or enhanced programs to reinforce business strategy and employee experience, leading coaching and change management efforts, and translating complex talent challenges into practical, scalable solutions. The HR Business Partner will also be a trusted thought partner for leaders, driving company-wide impact through change leadership, people insights, and talent strategy execution.
