The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will develop and manage paid acquisition campaigns across Google Paid Search, ASA, UAC, and Performance Max, aiming to hit monthly volume and efficiency goals through hypothesis testing, data analysis, and tactic refinement. This role involves conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation. The manager will partner with product, analytics, finance, and creative teams to optimize campaigns and inform company-wide growth decisions, drive post-campaign analysis and continual experimentation to uncover growth levers, and identify and explore opportunities in emerging channels like display, social, and video.
